Follow the steps outlined below to change the email address for your Vine account:
Open the Vine app
Press the person icon in the upper Left-hand corner, select “Account ”, edit your email address under “Account” and submit.
In the Vine app, press the “Forgot password” link at the sign in screen. Enter the email address associated with your Vine account. A temporary link will be sent to the email specified. Use the temporary link to reset your password.
Note: You can only request to reset the password once 15mins. Please search your email inbox for resetting latest password and only use the latest passwordl to try to sign into your account.
Yes. Simply download the Vine mobile app on your other smartphones and log in with the email address and password used to create the account.
Compatible smart devices include:
Android smartphones and tablets running Android 5.0 or higher.
iOS devices running iOS 10 or higher.
A thermostat can only be registered to one Vine account. If you want someone else to be able to control your thermostat, simply provide that person with your Vine account email address and password. They will be able to download the app to their phone, and login with the information provided.
There is only one account connected to a Vine thermostat. In order to disable access from your Vine account, you should change your Vine account password. This will change the password for all users who have access to your Vine account.
Follow the steps outlined below to change the name of your Vine thermostat:
Open the Vine app and select the thermostat whose name you want to change
Navigate to Settings by selecting the three-dot menu button at the right of the device list screen, enter the thermostat name, Click "OK" ro save.
When moving into a new home or purchasing a previously owned thermostat, you may find that the previous owner did not unregister their thermostat from their account. Before you can add the thermostat to your account, we will need to unregister it from the previous owner. Tap the Wi-Fi Screen you can find the "Registration" button, tap "Registration" and use you App to scan the to Add the device to your account.
If you're going to move or need to transfer the thermostat to another account, you can remove the thermostat from the app.
Open the Vine app.
Tap on the thermostat name you want to remove, Navigate to Settings by selecting the three-dot menu button at the right of the device list screen, select the "Dustbin" icon, or left slide the thernostat you want remove, tap "Remove", then you can remove the device from your account.
To add additional thermostats to your Vine account, just follow these instructions:
Open the Vine app.
Press the + sign in the upper right hand corner.
-Choose your Vine model.
-Choose your installation path.
-Follow the in-app instructions.
If you’ve had a professional install the thermostat, and it’s on the wall and operating your HVAC system, choose “Yes, it’s on the wall.”
If you have not installed the thermostat to the wall, chose “No, it’s not on the wall.”

Yes. You can have multiple thermostats at multiple locations registered to a single account. Once you install, connect and register each one, you will be able to control each thermostat individually from the Vine app. You can see a snapshot of each thermostat from the main page of the Vine app. If you select one, you can edit the settings and schedule for that particular thermostat.
