So far so good. I had a Vine thermostat installed before this one from several years ago. The set up was the same.

I was so glad they had a small piece of wire in with the accessories. It came in clutch. C-wire is required and it’s a beautiful display. I was sad I had to install a different Vine app but the new one looks a lot better and works better than the old one. I’ll make sure it can connect to my smart home devices but other than that, it’s priced better than google nest and the size is perfect for my much used hallway.

The thermostat included everyone in the box that I needed to install it and had a really good instruction manual. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the screen is still clear and easy to use. I didn't have any trouble hooking it to to the internet and my phone. I can adjust the thermostat from the app. I haven't been able to adjust the temperature from my Google home app, only view the temperature. Overall a vast improvement on my old one with minimal headache and none of the frustration that the "smart learning" devices tend to incite.
