Yes. Vine alerts are sent automatically to the email address associated with your Vine account if any of the following conditions occur:
If the condition that triggers an alert still exists after a period of time, you will receive follow up alerts. Some alerts re-trigger daily, while others weekly.
High and low temperatures are not adjustable. Loss of heating or loss of cooling alerts are based on your Vine temperature setting.
The High Home Temperature alert indicates that your home is not being cooled and the temperature inside your home has exceeded 99℉/37℃.
Please take action immediately by following these steps
First, check to make sure your Vine thermostat is set to cooling mode using your app or thermostat.
Open your Vine app and make sure the word “Cool” in a circle appears in the lower-left corner of the display.
If the word “Off” appears instead, touch the word “Off” and then select “Cool” to set your thermostat to cooling mode. The main screen of the Vine app should change to Cool mode, indicating that the cooling mode has been activated and your system is cooling your home.

Check the app periodically to see if the temperature in your home is going down.
From Your Vine Thermostat
At your Vine thermostat, make sure the unit is in cool mode by confirming cool mode is on in the bottom left-hand corner.
If not, take the necessary steps to put your thermostat in cool mode.
After confirming your Vine Thermostat is set to cooling mode, check your vents to see if cool air is flowing and the issue has been resolved. If cool air is not flowing from your vents, make sure your cooling equipment is powered. There should be a power switch that looks like a light switch on the side of your indoor equipment. Make sure it is turned “on.”
Then, check that the door to your equipment is closed securely.
If cool air is still not flowing from your vents or you cannot find a power switch, go to your breaker box and check the breaker that controls your HVAC equipment. If the HVAC breaker has not tripped, turn it off and then back on to reset it.
After confirming your cooling equipment is powered, check your vents to see if cool air is flowing and the issue has been resolved.
If cool air is still not flowing from your vents or your home temperature does not drop after a while, please contact your service professional and/or contact Vine Technical Support at xxxxxxxxxx for assistance in troubleshooting the problem.
The Loss of Heating alert indicates that your home’s temperature has dropped 5℉ during a call for heating. Your system is not working effectively to increase the temperature in your home to your thermostat’s temperature setting.
The cause may be as simple as a door or window that has been left open. If possible, make sure no doors or windows are open.
If that is not the cause, please take action to confirm your heating equipment is powered. There should be a power switch that looks like a light switch on the side of your indoor equipment. Make sure it is turned “on.”
